On July 27^th, 2008, Rabbi Hillel Goldberg completed his Sefer Hallel HaKohen, explicating the comments of the Vilna Gaon on Mikvaot.

His celebration, at EDOS, brought the entire community together, and was highlighted by a talk by Rabbi Yissocher Frand, of Ner Yisrael.
