Prior to Purim 5768, East Denver Orthodox Synagogue created and packed traditional mishloach manot packages for active duty US troops.
Packages comprised traditional Purim treats, as well as letters from EDOS children to the troops.
This project was initiated by Rabbi Marc Gitler, and nicely executed by Rayna Zussman, and her team of volunteers at the shul.
The pictures were provided by the Army recipients of the packages, including COL David Abramowitz and Rabbi Ira Ehrenpreis, to express their thanks.
